Ian McDaniel

Ian McDaniel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer success across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations and Customer Success at Lumeris since March 2025, Ian is responsible for leading the Operations team and enhancing client satisfaction through the development of a Customer Success organization. As Co-Founder of the LoveMore Foundation since January 2013, Ian contributes to supporting women and children in impoverished nations, particularly in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Success at Biofourmis, where Ian led the customer success team and oversaw a significant company reorganization, and at BioIntelliSense, Inc., where Ian established the customer success team and implemented performance metrics. Ian also served as Executive Director of Virtual Care at Indiana University Health, where Ian developed a telehealth program across a large healthcare system. Ian holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Physical Therapy from Indiana University-Purdue University.
