Caroline Koot

Caroline Koot is an experienced HR professional with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as an HR Operations Specialist at LUMICKS since February 2022, Caroline has held various HR roles at Shell from April 1986 to January 2022, including HR Advisor and HR Coordinator, where responsibilities included advising line managers, managing complex cases, and implementing new HR processes and systems. Caroline's earlier experience includes roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Lummus Crest, as well as diverse administrative positions that have contributed to a well-rounded skill set. Caroline holds a MAVO / HAVO education and has pursued additional training in HR operations.
