Guo Cheng

Guo Cheng is a Senior Yield Engineer at Lumileds, responsible for blue InGaN LED in different packaging forms. Prior to this, Cheng worked as a Process Integration Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, focusing on SOI and DDI products. Cheng also served as a Technology Development Engineer at Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company, handling BCD technology. Cheng holds a Master of Engineering degree from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university.
