Previously, Shailesh held the position of Senior Director at NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure in India from May 2022 to April 2023, and worked as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon Web Services from July 2019 to May 2022. A background in datacenter program management includes roles such as Associate Director at CBRE and extensive experience at Schneider Electric, where Shailesh contributed to datacenter facility audits, compliance, and complex construction program management across the Asia-Pacific region. Past positions include Head of DC Projects at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd and Site Incharge at Netmagic Solutions Pvt. Ltd, among various roles focused on IT project implementations and operations spanning over two decades in the industry.
