Tom Adams

Tom Adams is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in human resources and management, currently serving as a People Coordinator at MHP Group since November 2022, responsible for key employee life cycle events. Prior to this role, Tom worked as a Recruitment Lead for Snog Frozen Yogurt in mid-2022, where recruitment efforts were made for retail and dark kitchen positions. Tom's tenure at Snog Frozen Yogurt also included roles as Senior Floor Manager and Floor Manager from February 2019 to February 2021, overseeing operations at a busy food establishment and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Earlier experience includes serving as a Shift Manager at Broadwater School Sports Centre, managing operations, events, and a small team. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Psychology from Loughborough University, obtained in July 2022.
