Paul Scaglione has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Paul currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Luminare Health since 2020. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. These roles include Vice President of Enterprise National Accounts, where they oversaw strategy and innovation for the large national account market. Paul also served as Vice President of Enterprise Business Services, overseeing project delivery and optimization. In addition, they led the implementation and compliance of the Affordable Care Act as Vice President of Regulatory and was responsible for marketing, sales, and product development of Medicare and Medicaid products as Divisional Vice President.
Paul Scaglione earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Northeastern Illinois University between 1990 and 1992. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business at DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 1994 to 1996.
