Roberto F. is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in laser manufacturing and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Lumitron Technologies Inc. since November 2018. Previously, Roberto held the position of Senior Laser Manufacturing Engineer at Alcon LenSx, Inc., focusing on research and development of Femtosecond lasers for cataract surgery, as well as developing assembly and alignment processes. Earlier roles include Product Account Manager and Senior Test Engineer at Newport Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed testing critical laser subassemblies, and Laser Manufacturing Engineer at AMO (formerly IntraLase), where work instructions were developed for Ultrafast lasers, improving manufacturing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
