Shahar Yaakoby

Shahar Yaakoby is an Optomechanics R&D apprentice at Lumus Ltd., providing engineering support for the development of optical systems and leading the assembly of OPTO-MECHANICAL systems. Previously, Shahar served as a Project Leader at XENOM, focusing on composites materials in automotive, aviation, and construction sectors. Early experience includes a Mechanical Engineering Internship and a role as a Technical Specialist at Smooch Engines LTD, where responsibilities involved automotive machining operations, failure analysis for internal combustion engines, and field technician duties. Shahar is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, with an expected graduation in July 2024.
