Mike Kmetz is currently developing a new engineering software startup. Formerly, he was a Managing Director for Underwriter's Laboratories. Mr. Kmetz founded and developed IDES, a technology company that created a specialized search engine utilized by raw material users. Mr. Kmetz sold IDES to UL in 2012.
