Karin Zackari

Karin Zackari is a researcher, senior lecturer, and program coordinator at Lund University, where responsibilities include overseeing undergraduate education within the Humanities and Theology faculties since June 2021. Previously, Karin served as a Ph.D. candidate in Human Rights Studies at the Department of History from January 2010 to September 2020, while also taking on roles such as assistant teacher, student counselor, and project manager. Additionally, Karin was a guest lecturer at Mahidol University's international Human Rights MA program from August 2017 to April 2018, and has experience in journalism and environmental advocacy, having worked as a photojournalist and political secretary for youth environmental organizations. Karin holds a Master's degree in Human Rights Studies from Lund University and has pursued education in journalism and photography.
