Margret Leosdottir

Margret Leosdottir is an Associate Professor at Lunds universitet since 2019 and has been a Senior Consultant at Skånes universitetssjukhus since 2004, where roles have included Consultant Cardiologist and Cardiology Resident. Margret served on the steering committee and as chair for SWEDEHEART-CR from April 2011 to April 2023. Previously, Margret completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Landspitali University Hospital from 2001 to 2003. Margret holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Medicine from Lund University, ongoing since 2003, and a Cand med et chir in Medicine from Háskóli Íslands, obtained between 1994 and 2000.
