Camilla Gram Andersson

Camilla Gram Andersson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as Senior Director of Corporate Health, Safety & Environment at Lundbeck since February 2005. In this role, Camilla is responsible for developing and executing Lundbeck’s HSE strategy and leading strategic projects. Camilla also holds positions on various boards, including the Board of Directors at Lundbeck and the Specialized Committee of Chemistry at DI. Previous roles include Health & Safety project manager and advisor at Lundbeck and a health and safety consultant at Dansk Erhverv, where contributions included negotiating and developing health and safety legislation. Camilla began the career at Novo Nordisk, focusing on health and safety evaluation and advisory. Educationally, Camilla obtained a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Occupational Health and Safety from the Technical University of Denmark.
