Germari Steenkamp

Germari (Gem) Steenkamp is a Senior Product Design Manager and Product Design Team Lead at Luno since November 2021. Prior to this, Germari held various positions at VMLY&R from January 2015 to December 2021, including Head of Customer Experience and Head of User Experience. Additionally, Germari was a Design Leadership Forum Member at InVision from April 2019 to December 2021, contributing to a global community focused on advancing design leadership. Previous experience also includes roles as a UX Designer at Hellocomputer and Origin Interactive. Germari's educational background includes a BA in Communications and Graphic Design from North-West University, a Product Management degree from the University of Cape Town, and a User Experience Design certificate from Flow Interactive.
