Grace Bethell serves as the Global Senior Digital Marketing Manager at LUSH since October 2023. Previously, Grace held the position of Strategy Director at Estrella Ventures from November 2022 to November 2023. Prior to that, Grace accumulated a wealth of experience at Adapt, where roles included Strategic Account Director, Client Planner, and Account Manager between March 2017 and November 2022. Grace’s career also includes work as a Search Specialist at toinfinity from April 2015 to March 2017 and as a Digital Account Manager at Digital Clarity from May 2014 to April 2015. Educational qualifications include completion of a Digital Marketing program at Squared Online in 2016 and a degree in Advertising and Marketing from Southampton Solent University obtained in 2014. Early education was completed at Park House School in Newbury, where Grace achieved GCSEs and A-levels.
