Hilmar Prato is an experienced retail professional with a diverse background in sales management and business development across multiple markets. Currently serving as the Retailer for Sweden at LUSH since February 2021, Hilmar previously held the position of Area Sales Manager at MAC Cosmetics, managing a significant sales team and driving business growth in southern Sweden. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager for Tictail, where Hilmar oversaw store setup and team management, and Country Sales Manager at LUSH Brasil, successfully launching the brand and expanding its presence in the market. Additionally, Hilmar has held positions at LUSH in the UK & Europe, including Online Sales Manager and Store Manager, contributing to operational excellence and exceeding sales targets.
