Mandi Nicholls has an extensive background in product research, development, and business support within the cosmetic and retail industry. Currently serving as the Department Lead for Product Research & Development at LUSH since February 2018, Mandi oversees a team of experts to facilitate the creation and large-scale manufacturing of innovative products. Prior to this role, Mandi worked in international business support for North America, acting as the primary liaison between the North American and UK operations. Mandi's experience also includes roles in sales, marketing, and administration at Link Homes, as well as managing operations, HR, and business development at NSC Clinics. Mandi began a career in retail as a Manager and later as a Regional Sales Manager at The Bodyshop, where excellence in sales, customer service, and marketing strategies yielded numerous awards for the most profitable region.
