Fabio Petruzzellis

Fabio Petruzzellis is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and transaction advisory services. Currently serving as Deputy CFO and Head of Corporate Finance at Lutech since July 2018, Fabio previously held the position of Senior Manager at New Deal Advisors SpA from May 2015 to July 2018, focusing on transaction advisory services. Prior to that, managerial roles at VIVIDA & Partners S.r.l. and Ernst & Young contributed to a solid foundation in advisory services and transaction advisory. Fabio's career began at Ernst & Young, where responsibilities included financial auditing and a secondment in the Johannesburg office. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Management from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, also from Università Bocconi, complemented by studies at Prague University of Economics and Business and Simon Fraser University.
