Stefan Altenschmidt

As part of his legal practice, Dr. Stefan Altenschmidt on public commercial law. He advises companies and trade associations in particular on environmental and planning law, public energy law including energy tax law, mining law, space law, freedom of information law and climate protection and emissions trading law. His field of activity also includes the representation of companies in proceedings before the national administrative and constitutional courts as well as the European Court of Justice as well as the defense in fines and criminal matters. Dr. Stefan Altenschmidt gives numerous lectures at specialist conferences and publishes regularly on questions of environmental and energy law, including as co-author of the comments on the EEG.
