There is one Full-Time permanent Systems Analyst position available starting on February 20, 2025, working 37.5 hours per week.
Your Role:
The System Analyst’s role is to ensure the stable operation of the hybrid cloud systems, security systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network, security, software and communication links through a variety of means including performing technical onsite service throughout the organization. Also conducts training and is responsible for inventory control. Works intentionally from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive perspective to further create a sense of belonging at the Agency.

Your Talents and Experience:
A degree or diploma in computer science, or network administration. Experience with Microsoft Server products or Microsoft Certification is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft365. Ability to listen to a wide range of customers. Excellent communication skills are required to translate technical information into lay person’s terms. Passionate, aware, and willing to learn about antiracism, anti-oppression and equity. Ability to work independently. Excellent problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential for this position.

Rate of Pay: At Starling Community Services all salaries are categorized under a series of "bands" determined during our job evaluation process. When determining rate of pay for external hires, a candidate’s past related experience will be taken into consideration along with where others with similar experience currently fall within the band.
Note: most new team members will start between the starting salary and the mid-point of the range.
Job Band I (hourly wages): Min - $31.40, Mid - $34.45, Max - $39.72
