Dillon Pompa

Dillon Pompa is a seasoned financial analyst currently serving as a Senior Lead Financial Analyst at Lutron Electronics since July 2019, with a progressive career trajectory including roles as Lead Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, and Project Financial Analyst. Prior to this, Dillon gained experience as a Marketing Analytics Intern at St. Luke's University Health Network in the summer of 2018.
