Leszek Żebrowski is an experienced leader in contact center and telemedicine operations, currently serving as the Director of Contact Center and Telemedicine at LUX MED since April 2019. Previous roles include Contact Center Director at Medicover, where strategic implementation and optimization of customer service processes were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Leszek held various positions at Netia, focusing on process optimization and operational management across multiple departments, including customer service and sales support. Leszek began his career in telecommunications, managing key international relations and fostering market growth at Exatel SA and earlier positions at Young & Rubicam Poland. Leszek holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Marketing from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
