Jesper Ringvad began their career at Fleming Fund Management as a Senior Engineer from August 1997 to December 1998.
Prior to that, Nielsen gained experience as a Support Engineer at EET Nordic A/S from January 1996 to August 1997. Jesper Ringvad initially started their career in the Royal Danish Navy, serving as a First Lieutenant from June 1987 to January 1996.
Jesper Ringvad Nielsen has a diverse education history. In 1988-1992, they attended the Royal Danish Navy Academy, where they pursued a degree in Electronics, Engineering, Computing, and Management at the Master level. From 2006-2008, they studied at The Open University, earning their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). Most recently, in 2022-2023, Jesper attended the Kellogg Executive Education program, focusing on Leading Digital Transformation.
