Sophia Rosa

Sophia Rosa is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner with extensive experience in project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and PMO Manager at Luxent since August 2025, Sophia previously held positions such as Senior NetSuite Project Manager at Caravel and Project Manager at Myers-Holum. Past roles include Agile Project Manager at North Wind Group and IT Project Manager at Luxor, where the journey began as an IT Analyst. Sophia co-owned Outpost CrossFit and Training Facility from 2011 to 2019 and founded Yoanna Yoga, focusing on trauma-informed practices. Additional contributions include co-founding Holding Space and serving as a Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor at Gurnee Counseling Center. With a foundation in education, including a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, and certification as a Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator, Sophia combines diverse skills in leadership, wellness, and community engagement.
