Unlike AirBNB and other online travel portals, LUXICO exclusively holds the keys to the homes we offer, assist owners to prepare their home to our ‘Guest Ready’ standards, meet and greet guests on site and provide internal housekeeping services to ensure a consistent standard of presentation across all our homes.
