Prior to this, from January 1995 to December 1999, Teresa worked at Fluorescencia Decorativa, SA (Fludesa) focusing on payment management, invoicing, and customer service. Teresa's early career included a role at Ayuntamiento Premià de Mar as an assistant to the Education and Sports Council from November 1992 to December 1993. Teresa holds a degree in ADE from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, is a Técnico Especialista Administrativo in Illumination from IFP Cristòfol Ferrer, and has achieved a First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge.
