Wayne Truett

Wayne Truett currently serves as the Maintenance & Facilities Manager at LUXIT Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Wayne held the position of Maintenance Manager at Proper Group International from June 2017 to June 2023. Wayne's extensive experience in equipment and facilities management includes roles such as Equipment and Maintenance Manager at Automotive Lighting North America, where responsibilities involved new equipment installations and maintenance program management. Wayne also worked at SL Alabama in various engineering and management roles, overseeing maintenance departments and equipment management. Additional experience includes serving as Maintenance Superintendent at Teksid Aluminum Components and as a Plant Electronics Tech at Russell Corp. Wayne's background is supported by an AOS degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from RET's Electronic Institute.
