Gabriel Weiss is the CEO and Co-Founder of Luzern Risk, a firm dedicated to making captive insurance more accessible through comprehensive management and alternative risk solutions. With a strong background in the insurance sector, Gabriel previously served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Point72 Private Investments, focusing on innovation opportunities. As Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer at Safekeep, which was acquired by CCC Intelligent Solutions, Gabriel led efforts in sales, business development, marketing, customer success, and partnerships while utilizing AI to address subrogation issues. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at Russell Reynolds Associates within the global Technology Sector and holding a leadership role as an Infantry Officer in the US Army's 101st Airborne Division. Gabriel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chinese Language and International Studies from the University of Mississippi and has studied Chinese Language and Economics at Donghua University.
