Shane Manton has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Shane co-founded and served as the Director of Client Solutions at Luzern eCommerce since its inception in 2002. In this role, they were responsible for onboarding clients onto the Channel Optimizer platform and overseeing their integration and launch with various delivery teams. Additionally, they played a key role in building profitable online business for Luzern both domestically and internationally.

Prior to their time at Luzern, Shane worked at Marconi PLC from 1997 to 2002 as a Senior Manager in Distribution, Planning, and Customer Service. Shane was responsible for overseeing these areas within the company.

Before that, they worked as an International Trade Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1995 to 1997. At Gateway, they served as a Logistics Manager from 1993 to 1995.

Shane started their career at Amdahl Corp. as an International Traffic/Duty Analyst from 1991 to 1993 and at Wang Laboratories as an Order Planner/Traffic Analyst from 1986 to 1991.

Shane Manton began their education at St Davids CBS from 1976 to 1981, where they completed their secondary education. Following that, they attended the University of Limerick from 1980 to 1981, studying Business Studies. In 1981, Shane enrolled at Dublin City University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management. This program lasted until 1986. Shane then went on to further enhance their marketing expertise by joining the Limerick Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1989, becoming a Graduate Member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
