As the Head of Human Resources at LVMH Hotel Management since January 2018, Claudia oversees HR for prestigious brands including Cheval Blanc and White 1921, managing a workforce of approximately 2,000 employees globally. Prior roles include Human Resources Director at Dorchester Collection's Hotel Plaza Athénée, where Claudia contributed to the success of a historic palace, and roles at Vienna House, Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, and Concorde Hotels & Resorts, encompassing recruitment, team restructuring, and HR policy development. Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Law and is currently pursuing an Executive Coaching certificate from HEC Paris.
