Jérôme Sibille was born on May 5, 1980 in France.
He is a graduate of the University of Nancy (Master’s in Business and Tax Law, Master’s in Corporate Law) and the Panthéon-Sorbonne University (Master’s in Business and Economic Law) and holds the CAPA practicing attorney certificate.
He practiced as a lawyer for more than ten years. He began his career with Hoche, then moving to Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer before joining the U.S. firm Davis Polk in 2005. A specialist in mergers-acquisitions and litigation, he worked in the firm’s Paris and New York offices.
Jérôme Sibille joined the LVMH Group in January 2015 as Advisor to the Chairman and CEO, before being named Group Executive Vice President General Administration & Legal Affairs in 2021.
He has been a member of the LVMH Executive Committee and Secretary to the Board of Directors of LVMH since 2023.
