Maud Alvarez-Pereyre is a seasoned Human Resources leader with extensive experience across notable companies. Currently serving as the Chief People & Transformation Officer at LVMH since April 2023, Maud previously held the position of Senior Vice President Human Resources at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics from April 2020 to April 2023. Prior roles include Global HR Director at Thomas Pink Shirtmaker and various HR leadership positions at Moët Hennessy spanning nearly a decade. Maud's early career features roles at LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics, Beijaflore, and Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking. Maud holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Sciences Po, an MCIPD in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster, and a BA in History from Université Paris-Sorbonne.
