Vincent Barclay is an experienced project and contracts manager, currently serving as the Area Project Manager for Lycopodium on the Talison Lithium Green Bushes expansion. With a career spanning over two decades, Vincent has held senior roles at various organizations, including Wood, where responsibilities included managing contracts for the $1.6 billion Kemerton Lithium Plant, and KAEFER Integrated Services, overseeing a $100 million project involving cryogenic tanks. Additional key positions include managing commercial operations for major projects at Chiyoda Oceania and Kiewit Australia, along with early career roles in commercial management at Harmony Gold and John Holland. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Edith Cowan University, which supports a strong foundation in business and commerce.
