Rory O'Sullivan

Rory O'Sullivan has held various financial and strategic planning roles throughout their career, starting as Corporate Services Manager at Baker Tilly Chartered Accountants in 1991. Rory progressed to roles such as Finance Director at Novum Refrigeration and Financial Controller at Malone O'Regan Consulting Engineers. Rory then transitioned to executive roles, including Finance Manager at Henniges Automotive, Finance Director at Ruia Global Fasteners AG, and Executive Vice President at Whitesell Group. Currently, they serve as Group CFO for Thermal Acoustical Solutions at Lydall, where they have held several leadership positions, including Global Director Financial & Strategic Planning and Director of Finance for Europe.

Rory O'Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) with a focus on Accounting & Finance from the University of Limerick in 1991. Following that, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland in 1998.
