Brandon Luis Ramos is an experienced design professional, currently serving as a Senior Product Design Manager at Lyft since April 2024, leading the Rider Segments team to enhance customer experiences. Previously, Brandon held various leadership roles at Meta from April 2018 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing cross-disciplinary teams for design systems, developing voice-enabled experiences, and integrating brand identity into the Facebook Assistant. Earlier positions include Product Design Manager at Weight Watchers, where team mentorship and quality maintenance were key focuses, and Head of Design at FindIt, where Brandon co-founded the company and directed design initiatives. Additional experience spans roles in mobile UX and UI design at Orbitz Worldwide and creative direction for several other companies. Brandon holds a BFA in Visual Communications and a BA in Politics from Oberlin College, along with advanced certifications in design leadership and behavioral sciences.
