Brian Emeott is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in product counseling, commercial contracting, and compliance in technology and privacy sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product & Commercial at Lyft since January 2018, Brian leads initiatives across artificial intelligence, enterprise products, and data privacy while managing a team of eight attorneys. Prior roles include Senior Counsel at Dolby Laboratories, where responsibilities involved drafting vendor agreements and managing a global privacy program, and Privacy Program Manager at Google, focusing on compliance with privacy regulations. With a background in public policy from his time at Facebook, Brian has also co-founded a venture and worked at renowned law firms, including Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Brian holds a JD and MPP from Harvard Law School and Harvard Kennedy School, as well as a BA in Government from Harvard University.
