Lawrence De Geest is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and economics. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Lyft and the National Basketball Association, Lawrence also holds an academic position as a Visiting Professor of Economics at the University of San Francisco and has previously worked as an Assistant Professor of Economics at Suffolk University. Lawrence's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Environmental & Resource Economics and a Master's degree in the same field, both obtained from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Additionally, Lawrence has contributed to the academic community as a Resident Tutor at Harvard University’s Leverett House.
