Rafae Aziz is a seasoned user experience researcher with extensive expertise in leading UX research teams across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Research Manager at Lyft since April 2019, Rafae oversees a team focused on UX Research and Voice of Customer insights, previously managing research initiatives for platform teams. Prior experience includes heading User Experience Research at Chariot and serving as a Senior Ethnographer at Ford Motor Company, where Rafae led research on advanced mobility technology. Rafae's career also encompasses roles at Twitter, VMware, Microsoft Corporation, and internships at Intel, with educational qualifications including a B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.S. in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington.
