Sabrina Taveras is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in community engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as the Community Engagement & Belonging Manager at Lyft, Sabrina focuses on enhancing employee experience and fostering a sense of belonging through effective DEIB and sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include Inclusion & Diversity Program Manager and Diversity & Equity Specialist at Lyft, where Sabrina drove the development and execution of diversity initiatives and compliance efforts. Prior to Lyft, Sabrina worked as a Development Associate at RAICES, a Program Associate at the Overseas Development Institute, and an Events and Communications Intern at Impact Network. Sabrina holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from NYU Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Development and Social Change from Clark University.
