Melissa Clinton is a seasoned Human Resources Consultant with extensive experience in HR and wellness, particularly for small to mid-sized companies. Since August 2005, Melissa has led MClinton, providing expertise to enhance employee experience and work-life balance. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at MAPS Public Benefit Corporation and Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies, where Melissa supported senior-level HR initiatives, and Human Resources Lead at Three Stone Hearth, managing comprehensive HR functions in a cooperative environment. Melissa's earlier career includes positions as Human Resources Business Partner at DNV KEMA Energy & Sustainability, along with various consulting roles in recruitment and HR management across multiple sectors. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Natural Science from Bennington College, a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a certificate in Holistic Nutrition from Bauman College.
