Currently serving as Head of Brand and Ecommerce Manager at Lyle & Scott since April 2018, Scot oversees e-commerce strategy and performance, while managing agency relationships and optimizing ROI. Notable achievements include leading two website re-platforms and effective P&L management during the COVID-19 pandemic, along with a previous role as Omnichannel Merchandiser where Scot contributed to sustainability initiatives and received the highest employee achievement award in FY19.
