Aaron Greenberg

Aaron Greenberg, MBA, SPHR, serves as the Associate Vice President of Employee Services at Lynn University, overseeing human resource and payroll activities since April 2016. Previously, Aaron held multiple roles at Nova Southeastern University from June 2007 to April 2016, including Managing Director of Employee Relations and Director of HR Client Services, where responsibilities included managing employee relations, performance management, and HR support for a large staff and faculty population. Early career experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Employee Services at the Mailman Segal Institute for Human Development, focusing on HR strategy for a staff of over 300. Aaron holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in International Business & Trade and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.
