Alyson LeMaster serves as the Dean of Enrollment & Innovation and Director of Admission and College Counseling at Lynnhaven School since July 2022. Prior to this role, Alyson was the Director of Enrollment at Peninsula Catholic High School from October 2019 to June 2022, where responsibilities included data analysis and setting enrollment goals. Alyson acted as Member Education Chair at New Kent County Chamber of Commerce from January 2024 to September 2024. Previous experience includes Outreach Coordinator at Thomas Nelson Community College, where outreach and recruitment events were planned, and Residence Hall Educator at Ferrum College, supervising 16 undergraduate staff. Alyson also held roles at Longwood University, including Dean of Students/Residential and Commuter Life Intern and Graduate Admissions Assistant. Alyson holds a Master of Science in Education- Community and College Counseling from Longwood University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Radford University.
