Mats Bolter has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Mats started their career in 2005 at Orc Software, where they worked as a Sales & Service representative and later as a Product Specialist Liquidator. From 2008 to 2010, Mats worked as a Sales Engineer at Orc Software, providing technical and product knowledge to clients in Stockholm and New York. In 2010, they joined Erik Penser Bankaktiebolag as an Arbitrage Trader, specializing in low latency arbitrage strategies. Since 2011, Mats has been with Lynx Asset Management, initially working in Execution Research and eventually progressing to become a Senior Quantitative Researcher & Product Owner. In 2019, they took on the role of Principal Quantitative Researcher & Product Owner, responsible for the research and development of execution strategies at the firm. Currently, Mats holds the position of Head of Execution at Lynx Asset Management.
Mats Bolter pursued their education from 2000 to 2004 at Stockholm University, where they obtained an M.Sc degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
