Alexander Stein

Alexander Stein has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Alexander is currently serving as the Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at LyondellBasell. Prior to this, they held various roles at Moelis & Company, including Executive Director, Investment Banking, Vice President, Investment Banking, and Associate, Investment Banking. Before their time at Moelis & Company, they worked as an Associate in Investment Banking at Houlihan Lokey. Alexander also served as a Due Diligence Committee Member at Beyond Capital Fund and as a Summer Associate in Private Banking at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Alexander began their career as an Associate in Private Equity Fund Services at State Street Bank.

Alexander Stein obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management from 2004 to 2008. Alexander later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and Entrepreneurship at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2010 to 2012.
