Haley Smith

Haley Smith is an experienced Operations Manager at LyondellBasell since October 2017, leading a team of nine production engineers in the Propylene Oxide/Styrene Monomer units. Previously, Haley served as the RTBE Start-Up and Commissioning Engineer, overseeing the successful start-up of a brown field industrial scale RTBE unit. In prior roles, Haley provided engineering coverage for multiple production units, won a nomination for the 2020 Operational Excellence award, and contributed to significant production improvements and safety management. Haley began a career in process engineering through co-op positions at LyondellBasell and Halyard Health and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
