Javier Garcia Heras

Javier Garcia Heras is an experienced project engineer currently working at LyondellBasell since July 2023, previously holding the same position at DYNATEC, S.A. from June 2022 to July 2023 and at ABAC in LyondellBasell from November 2018 to June 2022, focusing on E + I project management, specifications, cable lists, testing procedures, data sheets, and control loops. Prior to this, Javier served as the head of the engineering department at El Montaje Emasa S.L. from January 2000 to November 2018, overseeing project management, technical documentation, procedures, and commissioning. Early career roles included technical engineering responsibilities with expertise in designing industrial electrical panels, technical document supervision, PLC programming, and start-ups. Javier holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on electronics and a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universitat Rovira i Virgili.
