Kim Dockstader

Kim Dockstader currently serves as the Global Head of Legal for Advanced Polymer Solutions at LyondellBasell, where responsibilities include overseeing all legal matters within a strategic business segment generating $4.4 billion in revenue. With extensive legal experience spanning more than two decades, previous roles include Associate General Counsel at LyondellBasell, where Kim directed global legal practice groups across various jurisdictions, and held significant positions at Numonyx B.V. and Intel Corporation, primarily focused on labor, employment, and compliance matters. Kim's earlier career involved leadership in legal strategies, litigation management, and integration activities, with a foundational background established in law firms and corporate legal departments. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and multiple Bachelor of Science degrees in Pre-Law Studies from Utah State University.
