Kristy Royal is a seasoned UI/UX designer and developer with extensive experience in implementing best practices within Agile frameworks. Currently serving as Principal UI/UX Designer/Developer at LyondellBasell since August 2021, Kristy has focused on enhancing project efficiency through Scrum meetings and established front-end development standards. Previous roles include Lead UX Developer at Key Lime Interactive, where Kristy delivered Section 508-compliant wireframes and interactive prototypes, and Senior Web Developer at Quorum Software, known for transforming user-centric websites.
