Lance Duncan

Lance Duncan, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in leadership development with extensive experience in global organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Leadership Development at LyondellBasell since July 2021, Lance provides strategic direction for enterprise-wide learning initiatives and consults with business leaders to enhance team effectiveness. Previously, as Leadership Development Advisor for Saudi Aramco from December 2019 to July 2021, Lance managed program design and delivery, specializing in both face-to-face and virtual learning experiences. With over a decade of experience at Chevron in various roles, including Leadership Development Program Manager and Global HR Advisor in Kazakhstan, Lance has honed expertise in talent management, coaching, and program facilitation. Early career experience includes HR roles at JPMorgan Chase, where Lance contributed to talent management and performance initiatives. Lance holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and has completed an Accredited Coach Training Program.
