Leevon C.

Leevon C. is an experienced engineer specializing in applications development, technical service, and materials science. Currently serving as an Applications Development and Technical Service Engineer at LyondellBasell since December 2022, Leevon provides technical leadership and supports business development efforts. Previously, as a Biopolymer Research and Development Engineer at Genpak from January 2020 to December 2022, Leevon led research projects focused on biopolymer products and enhanced extrusion and thermoforming processes. Earlier roles included Product Development Engineer at Piedmont Plastics, where Leevon oversaw aerospace accounts and aerodynamic projects, and Material Science Engineer at the Polymers Center of Excellence, where material reverse engineering and testing methods were developed. Leevon holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Physics, both from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completed in 2012.
